Manchester United have the highest net spend on transfers since the 2017/18 season after the signing of England international Jadon Sancho wasannounced on Friday.

Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United agreed a deal worth £72.9m for Sancho at the start of this month while the winger was still on duty with the England national team. The Red Devils had to wait for the player to finish with the Three Lions squad at the Euro 2020 tournament.
